GET TO KNOW US

United Hearts Hospice and Palliative Care provides individualized plans of care to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families.

Our palliative care services are designed for patients at any stage of a serious illness. Care can be provided alongside curative treatment, with the goal of managing symptoms, reducing stress, and improving quality of life.

Our hospice services focus on patients who are nearing the end of life and are no longer seeking curative treatment. Hospice care emphasizes comfort, dignity, and peace, while supporting both patients and their loved ones during this important stage.

At United Hearts, we reflect a spirit and philosophy of caring that honors each individual. We respect and respond to the unique differences in families, caregivers, lifestyle values, beliefs, and wishes, ensuring that every patient receives compassionate and dignified care.
